Fine Metal Fabrication

Metal fabrication is the process of building metal structures with cutting, bending, machining, assembling, welding, finishing and, finally, QA inspection. This is our core business at Feng Sheng, and we go one step further and employ both mechanized and manual techniques to achieve fine, detailed work as necessary for each custom project.

Some of the materials we work with include stainless steel, brass, copper, mild steel and aluminium. We balance capacity with variability to maximise quantity and reduce costs without sacrificing quality in our ever-changing economy.

Every single client has their own unique needs, which means that a one-size-fits-all solution doesn’t work. Our experienced team is dedicated to listening and understanding these requirements to produce results that not only fit the client’s brief, but also carry our signature quality.

Laser Cutting

To complement our fine metal fabrication work, we recently added an upgraded high-precision industrial laser cutting machine to our arsenal of tools. This enables us to handle an even greater variety of materials, including acrylic, brass, mild steel and stainless steel. Our new laser cutting machine is able to process thicker materials at a faster rate while maintaining extreme precision for optimal results.
