Feng Sheng Metal Works pride ourselves in our all-in-one services. No outsourcing to third parties. Everything is done in-house to maintain a high-quality, and efficient lead timing for all our clients.
Be it all kinds of metal materials or otherwise — if you can draw it, we can cut it.
Fine Metal Fabrication
Metal fabrication is the process of building metal structures through cutting, bending, machining, assembling, welding, finishing and QA inspection. This is our core business at Feng Sheng. We combine both mechanized and manual techniques to achieve fine, detailed work depending on each custom project.
We work with materials such as stainless steel, brass, copper, mild steel and aluminium. We balance capacity with flexibility to maximise quantity and reduce costs without sacrificing quality. Every client has unique needs, so a one-size-fits-all solution doesn’t work. Our experienced team takes the time to understand each requirement and deliver results that meet the brief while carrying our signature quality.
Laser Cutting
To complement our metal fabrication work, we recently added a high-precision industrial laser cutting machine to our workshop. This allows us to handle a wider variety of materials, including acrylic, brass, mild steel and stainless steel. Our upgraded machine can process thicker materials at a faster rate while still achieving extreme precision.
Materials we work with:
Stainless Steel | Brass | Copper | Mild Steel | Aluminium
POWERED BY PRECISION TECHNOLOGY

Laser Cut Machine
Uses a CO₂ laser beam to process metal sheets. The design is programmed into the system using CAD software.
Bending Machine
Uses a punch and die set to apply force and permanently bend metal.

Rolling Machine
A metal sheet is passed between rotating rollers, gradually bending it into a curve or cylinder — similar to rolling paper around a pipe.
Shearing Machine
Cuts sheet metals into straight lines using shearing force, similar to scissors but for metal.

V-Cut Machine
The metal sheet lies flat while the cutter moves horizontally across. It removes a V-shaped groove along the bend line to create a cleaner, more aesthetic finish.
Lathe Machine
Works by rotating the workpiece (metal bar, pipe) while a cutting tool is fed linearly along or across the rotating part to get the desired diameter or contour of the metal workpiece

Cutting Machine
A manual/mechanical cutter where the worker aligns and mark the cutting line to cut to its desired dimension
Milling Machine
Uses a rotating multi-point cutting tool to create slots or holes. The workpiece can be moved horizontally or vertically depending on the requirement.

Notching Machine
Cuts corners or V-shaped sections to prepare the metal for bending, joining or fitting. Uses angled punch-and-die shearing.
