Every business begins with a dream — ours started in a small workshop in 1982, armed with little more than a welding torch, determination, and a belief that good work speaks for itself.

In those early years, Feng Sheng Metal Works was just a handful of craftsmen working long nights, fabricating metal pieces by hand for neighbourhood clients.

There were times when the machines broke down, or when projects had to be redone because “almost perfect” wasn’t good enough. But those challenges shaped who we are today — they taught us that precision is a form of respect: respect for the craft, and for the people who trust us with their vision. As Singapore grew, so did we.

We learned to blend the art of traditional metalwork with modern laser-cutting technology, taking on projects that demanded both strength and beauty.

Along the way, our small family business became a name known to designers, builders, and brands who value craftsmanship that lasts — not just in Singapore. We have partnered with renowned architects and designers from Japan, Australia, China, USA, and more. Yet through all the growth and technology, our spirit remains unchanged.

We still believe that every weld, every polish, every fitting tells a story — one of care, integrity, and quiet pride. And while our tools have become sharper, our purpose is still simple: to honour the craft our family built, one piece of metal at a time.
